Tracy Griffin not only owns the Blue Water Seafood Company and Wine Market with her husband, David, she also is responsible for cooking just about every meal. Tracy ensures that each plate served in her restaurant will contribute to the patron's ultimate seafood experience.

Whether it be using one of her mother's secret recipes or one of her own specialties, Tracy's innovative fusion of flavors and creative use of ingredients always produces a unique dining experience.

In this family owned restaurant and seafood market, every table is treated like "our family". Every plate that leaves the kitchen is filled with the best seafood cuisine and also Tracy's heart and soul (and sometimes sole).
