Upcoming Events and Specials
We are THRILLED to announce our newest addition at BWSC--
Starting Saturday November 17th, we will be offering chef demonstrations of great seafood
dishes, soups, smoke fish spreads, holiday platter ideas and more!
We are very fortunate to have Chef Cathy Horton to prepare the cooking demos!
As many of you know, Chef Horton is a wonderful culinary professional who prepares
amazing meals at our wine dinners!
Also, we are so happy as always to have our Cellar Master (aka Bluewater Seafood's Winemonger)
Keith Dalbec involved in the demonstrations as well!
He will pair wine with the food that Chef Horton prepares!
So, stop by on Saturdays between 11am-4pm to watch as Chef and Keith "wow" us with their talents!
Here is just a sample of what they will feature this Saturday:
Chef Horton will prepare:
- Cream of Mushroom Soup ( great for Thanksgiving)
- Awendaw Seafood Chowder
- Spicy shrimp and Andoulie Sausage Skewers w/ Spicy Bourbon Mustard
- Smoked Salmon with a herbed cream cheese sauce(Perfect for the Holidays, order yours soon!)
Winemonger Keith will be pouring:
- The spicy, yet cooling Forrest Estates
- Gewurztraminer from New Zealands Marlborough Region
- Shooting Star Zinfandel from California, a lighter style Zin
Not coincidentally, both of these wines make a wonderful companion to the
traditional Thanksgiving feast. Each has a fruity spicy quality that
can't miss hitting it off with the wide variety of flavors in the
Cornucopian meal!
December 1st will be the next Saturday of Demonstrations and Wine pairings.

Chef Cathy's creations are available for purchase in several ways:
- Prepared for you to take home and enjoy or you can eat in house at Bluewater for lunch
- You can purchase the "kits" to prepare the dishes at home!
